Getting Started with MenuHub
To get started with MenuHub, you’ll need to reach out to our team to have your account set up. MenuHub is currently in beta, and access is limited to a select number of businesses to ensure a smooth, high-quality onboarding experience.
This allows us to work closely with each business, gather feedback, and fine-tune the platform before a wider release.
Beta Access
Because MenuHub is in beta:
- Availability is limited to approved businesses
- Features may continue to evolve and improve
- Direct support and hands-on setup are included
If you’re accepted into the beta, our team will guide you through every step of the process.
The Setup Process
The setup process is straightforward and guided—you won’t be left to figure things out on your own.
Step 1: Initial Contact
Reach out to our team to request access. We’ll learn more about your business, locations, and goals to make sure MenuHub is the right fit.
Step 2: Menu & Business Data Collection
We’ll work with you to gather and enter all necessary information, including:
- Menu items and categories
- Pricing, descriptions, and images
- Modifiers, variants, and allergens
- Location details and availability
Our team handles the heavy lifting to ensure your menu data is accurate and structured correctly from day one.
Step 3: Review & Refinement
Once your menu is entered, you’ll have the opportunity to review everything and request adjustments. We’ll fine-tune the setup to match how your business actually operates.
Step 4: Go Live
After approval, your menus are published and ready to be used across supported platforms. Updates and changes can be made easily moving forward.
